Hm I was reading some random GW-stuff, is it true armbraces are only 15 of each gem type now? When did Anet change that??

I also wonder (on a totally different subject) why did they make the Favor of the Gods be linked to titles, and not winning teams in the Hall of Heroes?

Is it now possible that different regions have the Favor of the Gods at the same time?

I thought 15 gems of each type was always there.

Favor of the gods was changed when people QQed about a pve thing being controlled by pvpers, so it got changed. Now the favor is always either off or on throughout all regions, as you can go to any region now since they were all linked up. The decsision to link it to maxed titles and not some other pve thing was anets decision I believe.

You're not mistaken.

Favor is global.

They changed it because Europe had Favor almost all the time. Quite a few players jumped to European districts, when you couldnt freely travel between different servers and only had the option to change your home-district twice or so....

From what I remember the Favor system was pretty even but it was based largely on time zones. For me my Timezone is EST and during the day Euro guilds held halls, and during the night hours it was American guilds.

Not sure maybe just really behind times the gap between recent post is Oct. 17, 2008 and he started actively posting again on March 12, 2009, and what seems like a new post everyday to today's date.

Also since the Armbrace req was changed back in 2006, I'd say just really way behind on the Guildwars world.
